This promotion is available exclusively for bookings made via our website.
The 15% discount applies to the total booking amount, excluding the tourist tax.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
The discount is valid exclusively for direct bookings made through our website and must be applied at the time of booking using the promo code BLACK15.The offer is valid for bookings made until 05 December 2025, with arrival dates possible within 12 months of the booking date.
The discount is not applicable retroactively to existing bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes.A minimum booking duration of 3 nights is required to qualify for the discount.
All reservations are subject to availability. Discounts apply only to stays that can be confirmed at the time of booking. In the event that your preferred house or dates are not available, we are happy to suggest alternative options where possible.
Please note that the general terms and conditions of our bike rental service apply to this offer.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival.
For Casa 8, the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
Once a payment has been made, the corresponding portion of the booking is non-refundable.
If a payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.Please ensure that the payment method used allows for successful and timely charges.
One-way or single-use debit cards are not recommended, as failed payments will lead to cancellation.
If a reservation is made more than 5 days before arrival and contains an error (e.g. incorrect dates, house selection, or guest details), you may request a correction or full cancellation within 24 hours of booking at no cost.
For reservations made within 5 days of arrival, or if the 24-hour period has passed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and payments made remain non-refundable.
